New Tax Law
The new tax law will affect you.
We have all heard it in the news - the new tax law will have a dramatic effect on individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
We are concerned about the impact it will have on loyal supporters – people who understand and truly care about the men, women, and children facing hunger in our 16-county area. We are grateful that you still remember them.
If you have already given a gift in 2017, thank you for your generosity. If you haven’t had a chance to do so yet, we encourage you to do so before December 31st. The easiest way is to click hereand choose what your head & heart tell you to do.
2018 will bring many challenges to nonprofit organizations like Second Harvest who rely on contributions vs. government funding. We will continue to share with you how you can become and stay involved, making a difference as one person, one family, one business, one school, one group.
Together, we can end hunger!
