No School Shouldn't Mean No Lunch

Posted

In southwestern Wisconsin, 55,000 kids struggle with hunger. When school is in session these kids rely on the school meal program to provide the nutrients they need to learn. But where do they turn on weekends, holidays, or during the summer when school is out?

Second Harvest Foodbank works with over 200 programs in 16 southwestern Wisconsin counties to make sure that no school doesn't mean no lunch.
