for your interest in partnering with Second Harvest Foodbank
of Southern Wisconsin to end hunger! Please read through and
complete the following application. Once we receive your completed
application, and proof of your non-profit status, we will
review your application. After your application is reviewed,
we will contact you to schedule a site visit to your agency.
Please allow 1-2 weeks before being contacted by Second Harvest.
Applications are processed January 1 - October 31.
