Memorial or Tribute Gifts
Searching for a unique gift for someone who has everything? Looking for a way to thoughtfully remember a loved one or friend? With a memorial or tribute gift to Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin on behalf of someone special, you’re providing hope to a family, senior or child at risk for hunger in our community.

Planned Giving
Remembering Second Harvest Foodbank in your will or revocable trust is often the most meaningful way to leave a legacy. These gifts make it possible for Second Harvest to plan ahead in the fight against hunger. Following is suggested language for a bequest:
"I hereby give to the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin, located at 2802 Dairy Drive, Madison, WI 53718, [cash amount, percentage of net estate or description of property] to be used for its general purposes."
Bequests are easily arranged through a lawyer or notary public. If you don’t wish to rewrite your will, a lawyer can prepare an attachment to your will.
Please tell us when you have named Second Harvest Foodbank in your will, as we would like to thank you for your generosity and recognize your gift to encourage others to do the same.
