Monthly Giving
Giving a gift each month by your credit card, debit card, checking or savings account is easy and can make a big impact on Second Harvest’s fight against hunger all year long. For example, just $25 a month ($300/year) will ensure that 900 meals make it to the tables of southwestern Wisconsin residents who are struggling with hunger; $50 per month ($600/year) will provide 1,800 meals. The amount you choose is up to you.

Memorial or Tribute Gifts
Searching for a unique gift for someone who has everything? Looking for a way to thoughtfully remember a loved one or friend? With a memorial or tribute gift to Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin on behalf of someone special, you’re providing hope to families, seniors and children at risk for hunger in our community. A notecard can be sent to notify anyone you choose about the tribute or memorial gift (no dollar amount included).
To make a memorial or tribute gift:
- Make a gift online and provide the contact information for the recipient to receive a notecard in the comments section
- Complete and mail-in Financial Gift Form

The easiest ways to leave a legacy is through a will or revocable trust. Legacy gifts are easily arranged through a lawyer or notary public. If you don’t wish to rewrite your will, a lawyer can prepare an attachment to your will.
Following is suggested language for a will:
"I hereby give to Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin, located at 2802 Dairy Drive, Madison, WI 53718, [cash amount, percentage of net estate or description of property] to be used for its general purposes."
