CLOSINGS
During inclement weather, our staff promises to do our best to get into the office and warehouse to serve you. However, we may not be able to do so if conditions are severe. We want to ensure the safety of both our staff and our agencies while causing the least inconvenience to you possible. You can learn whether Second Harvest is open or closed by calling 608-223-9121.
Please check with Second Harvest on any day that you think we may not be open by calling our main number at 608-223-9121 AFTER 6:30 a.m. on the day in question. Our message will reflect whether Second Harvest is open or closed. This applies whether you're coming to pick-up an order, expecting a delivery or placing an order (which we will not be able to process if the warehouse is closed).
If you place an order on a day we are closed, we will not be able to process it immediately. We will contact you when the office re-opens to schedule your pick-up or delivery appointment.
