ORDERING THROUGH AGENCY EXPRESS

Placing your order through the AgencyExpress allows you to view the inventory list which is updated every two minutes. It gives you the flexibility to schedule your own pick-up dates and appointment times that are convenient to your schedule. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! ORDERING DEADLINES

Please use the guide below when placing your order.

 Order Pick-up or Delivery Day     Your order must be received by: 
 Monday Previous Wednesday by 2:00 p.m.
 Tuesday Previous Thursday by 2:00 p.m.
 Wednesday Previous Friday by 2:00 p.m.
 Thursday Previous Monday by 2:00 p.m.
 Friday Previous Tuesday by 2:00 p.m.

WAREHOUSE HOURS FOR PICK-UP

As of Wednesday, September 1, we are now open earlier to serve you better. Thanks to those who completed the survey during their shopping visit for letting us know what you needed.

    Hours:   
    Monday - Thursday:
    Warehouse hours: 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
    First appointment - 8:30 a.m.
    Last appointment -2 p.m.

    Friday:
    Warehouse hours: 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
    First appointment - 8:30 a.m.
    Last appointment - 11:50 a.m.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries can be scheduled on a regular monthly basis or as-needed (when truck space allows) for those agencies with an established delivery agreement. If you have an established agreement, please click the following link for an order form: Direct Delivery Form. A minimum order of 500 lbs is required. The fee per delivery is $20.00. To discuss setting up a regular delivery, please contact Brent Bobo at BrentB@shfbmadison.org  or 608-216-7201.

SHOPPING

Agencies may shop for fresh produce, bakery, and “odds and ends” in small quantities at the Foodbank’s warehouse. Those who would like to shop during their scheduled order pick-up time are welcome to do so.

Are you only coming into the Foodbank warehouse to do assorted shopping without placing an order? Brent Bobo will be happy to schedule an appointment time where openings exist. Please contact Brent at 608-216-7201 to set the time.

REPORT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

Second Harvest Foodbank wants your order to be correct, complete and on time. And we want to know when there are problems with orders as soon as possible so we can correct the error quickly. Please be sure to inspect your order when you pick-up at the warehouse or immediately upon delivery.

To inform of us a problem, please contact Brent Bobo at 608-216-7201 or orders@shfbmadison.org and include the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Date of delivery or pick-up
  3. Item number in question and whether it is a case or weigh item
  4. A thorough explanation of the problem
  5. Best time and phone number to contact you.

We will follow-up as quickly as possible. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect any changes that are made.
